The Process
As shown in the matrix below, we start by making observations. When we analyze and try to make sense of our observations, we end up with frameworks - models and theories that explain what we’re seeing, and explain what needs are not being met. From there we ask ourselves “what would be the requirements of a solution to this problem?”. The answers are our design imperatives. From these imperatives, we develop solutions.
